KotOR 2 was probably the first game that I've modded, and made available for others. I've planned to mod the whole length of the game, but I've run into some troubles when modding Dantooine, and later my HDD 'died' (the infamous 7200.11 series from Failgate). So from two parts that I've finished, I was left with only one, and I had to download it from the Internet..
What my mod was supposed to do ? Make KotOR 2 - TSL more realistic, logical. What that means ? Droid drops droid items, Power Armored, sword welding, shield using opponents, will drop those items, and maybe more. MBG have their own personal items. You could wear Republic, Sith, Sith Assassin armors, and look like them. Some opponents would drop Pazaak cardsdeck, etc, etc.
Part 1 of my mod is from Prologue to Harbinger, so you'l get some custom Exile items, RebublicSith Soldier armors, Sith Assassin robe and more.

Important !
Some of the mods are incompatible with each other, and some need some manual .2da editing. Also, listing below contains some spoilers.
MA - Manually Added, that means you need to use console commands, or KSE to obtain those items.

- Achilles Lab Bench Mod Achilles' Implant Mod (it lets you create all the implants that are in-game),
- Advanced Jedi and Sith Items (as the name suggest - armband, belt, etc.), MA
- Bao-Dur's Charged Armor by ChAiNz.2da (adds a nice armor for Bao-Dur, just talk to him after the crash, when you locate the first hidden cache),
- Ceremonial Sword Set (it gives you 4 swords, and one battleaxe), MA
- Coruscant - Jedi Temple (new planet with a Jedi Temple in which you can learn powers, forms, and many more),
- Darksword by ChAiNz.2da (in three words - forefather of lightsaber. Uses its upgrades),
- Ebon Hawk Cargo Mod (ads containers to Ebon Hawk with some items, and lightsaber, HK-47 parts),
- Enhanced Merchants (improves merchants inventory),
- Ebon Hawk Smugglers Compartment Mod (adds some containers with items, and a lab station to Ebon Hawk),
- Final touch (mod with a looots of stuff, and a merchant on Telos Citadel Station, who can make special items for you, and party members),
- Force Fashion 2 (reskin some robes, add new ones, and also add new items for party members),
- Force Implant (implant for a Force user, author says it can be upgraded, but I didn't saw anything like that), MA
- Hak Pad ('armband' that allows various hack to character stats, inventory, etc.),
- Handmaiden Party Member Option For Female Exiles (pretty self explanatory),
- Harbinger Crew Quarters Mod (ads some Jedi items to PC's room on Harbringer),
- Hardcode Mod (for those that find Hard setting to soft),
- High Level Force Powers (if you wanted a power that drains target of 50% HP, or 33% after a successful save, this one is for you),
- Improved Atris (tweaks Atris so when you fight her, you fight a Jedi Master, not some weakling),
- Khoonda Lost Room Mod (opens those locked rooms, and places some items there),
- Kreia's Assorted Robe Collection ( robe for Kreia that allows her to dual wield, even after that 'accident'),
- Movie Jedi Robes Mod (for those who wanted Mace Windu's, or Luke's robe),
- Melee Pack (four new swords) MA
- Miranharr (you can choose between Mira and Hanharr),
- Onderon Museum Upgrade (adds some nice items to the Onderon museum),

- RedHawke PC Beginning Items Mod (adds some items to the begging of the game, so you wont have to whack droids with just a plasma torch),

- Subtle Darkside Transition (for those who don't want to look like Palpatine),

- Ultimate Lightsaber Mod (must have mod for a lightsaber fan),
- Whereami Armband (armband that tells your position, allows to open the nearest doors, and more),

- Fuel For Telos Quest Fix (fixes Vogga's dialogue),
- Hidden compartment fix (fixes the missing hidden compartment, the one that that guy on Nar Shadaa was talking about),
- Skippable Mebla Fix (makes Mebla dialogue skipable),
- Team Gizka Fixes (a compilation of various fixes. Probably it's best to install this, after all the others),
- Telos Escaped Criminals Quest Fix (fixes the missing escaped criminals when you get down on Telos surface),
- Unofficial Dialog Patch (pretty self explanatory),
- Workbench Fix (now workbench will use skill modifier of the person that uses it, not the PC),
- Working Tienn Tubb store (makes store option appear in his dialogue),
You can download those modsfixes from filefrontgamefront. But if you from one of those countries that they block (list of countries from which one you can download: http://www.gamefront.com/file-hosting-faq/), you need to do some 'tweaking'. I recommend some CGI proxy, like http://ninjaproxy.cc/ (I've checked, it works).
There are also updates to the music, and videoscutscenes, and loading screens, that make them HQ.

- DLGEditor (editor for .dlg files, because the build-in in Kotor Tool is wonky),
